Clinical Medical Assisting

Medical Assistants are in high demand! Become well-versed in a number of medical topics including phlebotomy, pharmacology, and cardiology. Learn to prepare patients for examination and treatment, conduct routine laboratory procedures, diagnostic testing, and more. The 140 hours of classroom lecture, hands on labs, and a clinical externship at a local healthcare provider will prepare you to assist physicians with a number of clinical responsibilities.

Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to sit for the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) national exam. Free information sessions are available for this program. Call 706.507.8070 for information.
