It takes work and practice to learn ballet, and our instructors work with children individually to help them gain the confidence and discipline needed to explore all the different forms and movements in classical ballet.

Your child will become more confident in how their body moves, and will have an edge on their peers if they decide to pursue a different activity or sport. They will also begin to become comfortable with performing in front of people, which can help lessen fears of public speaking or other types of performance as they progress through school. Throughout all of this, your child will be getting their recommended 60 minutes of physical activity per day each time they come to class.
