Pharmacy Technician Certification

Well-trained pharmacy technicians are a pharmacist’s biggest asset and are always in demand. Beginning with medical terminology specific to the pharmacy setting, this 50-hour course will prepare you to enter the pharmacy field and take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board’s (PTCB) exam. You’ll cover dosage calculations, drug compounding, dispensing of prescriptions, inventory control, billing and reimbursement and more. Tuition includes textbook.
