Paralegal Studies Certificate
This intense, condensed course examines both the practical and academic aspects of the paralegal profession. Case research, preparation and technique in the preparation and application of both civilian and military law will be discussed. Learn firsthand from guest speakers representing a broad variety of legal experience. You will also become acquainted with the use and application of technology-based resources, such as Westlaw and LexisNexis. Class will meet every other weekend; lunch is from noon to 1:30 PM.
