Visual Arts Certificate
In order to earn a Visual Arts Certificate in Drawing, one must complete 4 core classes and at least 2 drawing electives (min. 76 contact hours). To earn a Visual Arts Certificate in Watercolor, one must complete 5 core classes and at least 1 watercolor elective (min. 60 contact hours). Upon completion of the Visual Arts Certificate in your choice of media, one should have learned the necessary skills for solid foundation in art, providing the basis for moving on to more advanced techniques such as painting and sculpture.
